About Lily

*To begin to get to know Lily, listen here to a podcast interview about her recovery from chronic pain and approach to helping others.*

Lily (she/her) is a Level 2 trained practitioner in Internal Family Systems and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with certification in Pain Reprocessing Therapy and specialized training in recovery from chronic pain and other chronic conditions. After living with daily migraines for three decades, Lily found her way to healing through brain repatterning techniques and practices of nervous system restoration. After not finding help through countless encounters with traditional and alternative treatments for migraines and chronic illness, Lily set out to offer guidance to others experiencing chronic suffering. Her own experiences and those of her clients have taught her faith in the power of the mind-body to heal itself from chronic conditions when given the right instructions.

Lily has an MDiv from Harvard Divinity School and a PhD from Emory University. Along with the science of brain retraining and mind-body medicine, her coaching and mentoring incorporates Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment healing and nervous system regulation, trauma-informed somatics, narrative and visualization practices, and nature-based therapies. Lily is particularly attuned to those who might identify as sensitive (or as HSPs), empaths, givers and helpers, or spiritual seekers. She is committed to ongoing learning and growth in anti-racist, decolonial, and anti-oppressive ways of being, thinking, feeling, and acting.
